General steps to effect a payment transfer using ATM tellers. Steps may differ for different bank tellers:
- Insert ATM card
- Login to ATM teller
- Select 'iBanking, Cashcard & more services'
- Select 'Funds Transfer / Fixed Deposit'
- (From which account) Select your account type eg. POSB Savings/OCBC Savings
- (To another account) Select DBS Savings Plus/OCBC Savings
- Key in Snailding's Account Number: 032-7-021093 (For DBS) or 622-2-104736 (For OCBC)
- Key in the amount to be transferred
- Select 'If correct, press'
- Select 'To confirm'
- Remove ATM card
- Collect your receipt
- If possible, please notify us via snail@snailding.com on the Date, Time and Reference No. that is printed on the receipt.
While at the ATM machine, you may also want to consider applying for your free Internet Banking account, if you holds any POSB, DBS accounts or OCBC accounts.
Note: Certain ATM tellers may not have a funds transfer feature to other banks.
